Defective Items

We accept returns only for defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a defective item:

  • We will review your request and provide return instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our soaps and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for:
