Defective Items
We accept returns only for defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a defective item:
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the defective item
- We will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our soaps and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items that are not defective
Refunds
